These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between Perfect Visit, the person making a booking, and all adult members of the group who will stay in Perfect Visit's serviced apartment(s) (described collectively here as 'Guests'). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a Perfect Visit apartment.
1.1. These conditions are accepted by you on behalf of all Guests when payment is made for your booking.
1.2. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all Guests are given a copy of these Terms and Conditions and consent to them.
1.3. A booking is only complete once Perfect Visit has sent a confirmation email to the address provided.
2.1. Payment is to be made in Euros. Quoted prices are subject to change. Once a booking has been confirmed the price will not change. If the booking is adjusted, changes in price may apply.
2.2. Full payment is due at the time of booking, in accordance with the terms specified by Perfect Visit during the booking process.
2.3. Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card, with an expiry date that is later than the booked stay, or by bank transfer.
2.4. All prices are excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. You will be required to pay VAT at the relevant rate where applicable.
3.1. A security deposit of EUR 500.00 covering any potential damage or loss of contents is due at the time of booking. An authorisation for the credit or debit card used for booking will be requested to cover any additional costs incurred by the Guests, including but not limited to:
3.2. In the case that charges are made against the security deposit, the authorised credit card will be charged for the relevant amount.
3.3. Should there not be no damage to the property or loss of contents, the credit card authorization will be destroyed within 14 days following the end of your stay.
4.1. Unless specified differently during the booking process, the following cancellation terms apply for to all apartments in Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam rented through Perfect Visit. For all other apartments rented through Perfect Visit, the applicable cancellation terms will be provided during the booking process.
4.2. If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, then the full booking fee paid will be returned, less an administration charge of EUR 50 (incl. VAT).
4.3. If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less 25% of the total amount, with a minimum of EUR 50 (incl. VAT).
4.4. If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
4.5. If the Guest(s) do not show up for check-in, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
4.6. Refunds will not be made for cancellations after the arrival date (or within the 7 day period before arrival) in any circumstances, situations of force majeure or unforeseen events beyond Perfect Visit's control. These events include natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, and other "acts of God”, as well as uncontrollable events such as war and terrorist attacks.
4.7. All cancellation must be made by email, fax or post to the email address, fax number or postal address on our website or booking form.
4.8. If insufficient notice is given, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked. A partial refund may be made, in the event that the property is re-occupied for a period overlapping the original booking.
4.9. If a Guest chooses to depart earlier than originally scheduled, the cancellation fee and notice period applied.
4.10. If a Guest chooses to depart later than originally scheduled, written notice should be given as early as possible and Perfect Visit will check availability and confirm if an extended stay is possible or not. Perfect Visit cannot guarantee extensions, which are subject to property availability.
5.1. Written notice means by email, fax or post to the email address, fax number or postal address on our website or booking form.
5.2. We are not liable for loss of damage to a Guest's belonging. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own insurance policy covers personal items during their stay.
5.3. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings unless specified differently during the booking process.
5.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
